The hotel here is absolutely stunning. It is beautifully decorated and very spacious, giving a luxurious and comfortable feel. The restaurant offers delicious food, especially the papanasi and grilled trout, which were absolutely divine. The staff are extremely friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even helping us with last-minute room cancellations. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The view from the hotel is also amazing, providing a lovely backdrop for relaxation.
Recommending this hotel to anyone.

The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the nearby mountains and hiking trails. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all of our needs were met. We also appreciated the comfortable beds and spacious rooms.
The restaurant's menu was limited and the food quality was subpar. We ended up seeking out other dining options in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The Best aspects were the cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities. The hotel provides parking and transportation, and it is located relatively close to the ski slopes from Ski Resort Transalpina. The breakfast was also good, and the staff was very friendly.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Good location near ski slopes. Helpful and friendly staff. Low prices at the restaurant. Great house wine. Stunning view from the room.

The hotel is relatively close to the Ski Resort Transalpina, about a 30-minute drive. the room was spacious and clean, equipped with both central heating and air conditioning, making it comfortable to stay in any season. the staff was okay and the restaurant had decent food options.
The spa area was small and uncomfortable to use.

The rooms are outdated and small. Not much attention is given to cleaning, as the bathroom lacked proper lighting and cleanliness.
